Estimation
A full and accurate cost estimate sets your project up for success right from the start. We include the fundamentals such as cost of the flooring materials and labor for the installation, while also adding line items for important measures such as moisture testing, waterproofing measures or adhesive removal. A comprehensive quote at the start prevents frequent change orders, inaccurately scoped materials and costly installation delays.
We regularly evaluate new materials in flooring mills and use that specialty knowledge for accurate scoping; architects and interior designers can’t always provide this level of detail in estimations. Finally, we buy materials in bulk and can leverage partnerships with manufacturers to attain favorable pricing.
Specification and design
Building a quality specification means balancing performance, aesthetic and cost parameters. No matter where you’re at in the process, our team will work with you to meet your design vision.
If you’re updating the flooring in a high traffic area, we’ll propose durable options with reliable performance. Or if you need a bold look for a lobby or high visibility corporate office, we can design a flooring system that makes the right statement. We’ll propose new technologies, such as moisture-resistant adhesives or colorful wood grain LVT flooring, and always show you samples to make sure we’re on the same page.
Life cycle costing
For many facilities, long-term maintenance spending outweighs the initial costs of commercial flooring installation and materials. That’s why we provide life cycle costing reports — objective, unbiased analyses of the long-term value you can receive from various flooring options.
The report will incorporate facility-specific considerations (like wear and tear and desired lifespan) and the approximate dollar amount for materials, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal, disposal and replacement. Then we’ll divide by the number of months or years the material is expected to last. With life cycle costing, you get reliable numbers for making value-based decisions — and can choose a flooring system that best meets your needs.
Installation and job-site coordination
Continuing the level of quality and precision from all previous stages, we ensure the installation itself runs smoothly and guarantees a high performing flooring system.
Specialty field supervisors, project managers and quality control managers (depending on the job size) keep job sites organized, clean and safe to facilitate an efficient installation. Highly trained crews follow manufacturer-certified procedures to guarantee correct installation. We can also conduct occupied facility jobs to minimize interruptions, or even train crews specifically for your project, depending on its complexity.
We stand behind our work and adhere to the highest quality assurance standards. Teams will stay on the job site until every punch list is crossed off and all of your flooring standards are met.
